Shipping and Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 25 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with all applicable tags attached. Free returns are for USA and Canada residents only. 


Sail Swag ships worldwide.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.


Shipping is FREE for all orders going to USA and CANADA. We use Canada Post that has a 5-10 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays. 


We ship world wide at a rate of $5. Delivery to every other country takes between 10-20 business days to arrive. However it may take longer or shorter due to time of shipment. Faster shipping options are also available provided by DHL.


International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Sail Swag is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 


All shoes are shipped by Sea Star Beachwear and subject to the Sea Star Beachwear Shipping Terms.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We do not ship to hotels or Post Office (P.O.) Boxes.

We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping address provided to us. Once the order has been made we can not change the address in any way.
